Established in 2012, Alix Skincare was born from the collaboration of two curious minds:
Sharon Hansard, a seasoned aromatherapist and skin therapist, and Alex McBryde, a cosmetic scientist behind some of the world’s most respected skincare formulations.
Together, they set out to create a smarter, more mindful approach to skincare — one grounded in skin biology, thoughtful formulation, and integrity. Not more products. Just better ones.

- Science-led and nature-informed, with every formula developed in collaboration with our cosmetic chemist and manufactured in accredited commercial laboratories to meet rigorous GMP standards
- Independently tested, with batches verified by New Zealand’s Hill Laboratories for quality, safety, and performance through Certificates of Analysis
- From time to time, we also create limited boutique runs developed and filled in our own lab — allowing for innovation, refinement, and hands-on formulation.
Our packaging is thoughtfully chosen, including Miron biophotonic glass, to naturally protect formula integrity and potency.
