Shipping policy

We use NZ Couriers, who usually supply tracking codes in most countries. Any problems are dealt with individually.

Order online to receive next-day or the following day delivery, depending on your location.

FREE New Zealand shipping when you spend over $90.00

FREE Australian shipping when you spend $150.00

In other Countries, we charge NZD 30.00 for postage and packaging up to 3kg.

NB: For International postage: When parcels are sent overseas, each destination country has its own rules and regulations governing customs and duty terms and conditions. It is beyond our scope to inform what each country can charge. Therefore, it is the purchaser's responsibility and risk if their country applies extra fees. In our experience, this rarely affects postage being sent overseas. If, however, your parcel incurs customs or duty charges, Alix Cosmeceuticals Ltd do not refund those charges.
